    HI !
I have Acer Ferrari 4003WLM. and currently i was using Windows Xp 64 bit edition. Yesterday suddenly my computer hanged and when i restarted it, its windows won't start. It gives blank screen after the setup logo. I tried to use recovery CDs but it gave me the following error message.

    "File\i386\system32\ntoskrnl.exe could not be loaded
    The error code is 4.
Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit."

Then i tried to use other Xp bootable CD, but it get stuck after coping files in my harddisk. There is no problem with both the recovery CDs and XP bootable CD.

I am very confused so plaese help me with this regard.

Should be either a RAM fault or a fault with the hard drive. Try running some tests off a boot cd to try and determine which one is at fault. Hope this helps
