Problem during initial boot up with aspire 5530 notebook

I started to have problem with my laptop since the last 4-5 days.
I will try my best to present my problem as accurate as possible:

Problem is:
After pressing the power button the laptop starts,ventillator starts but after 1-3 seconds(it's random) the ventillator shuts down and nothing happens(hard hangs?),it can't even get to the Acer logo screen but the led around the power button is still lighting and the touch sensitive buttons on the keyboard are reacting to touch(changing color to stronger blue) also i have an optical mouse connected via usb port and pressing buttons on it results in flashing lights from the sensor so it registers the inputs from the mouse as well.
However i can't shut down the computer by holding down the power button.


I have tried to do the followings:
Tried to start the comp without battery without any success.
Tried to start the comp with only battery without any success.After this method i need to take out the battery to shut down.
Tried to take out RAM,HDD,Wireless adapter,optical drive one by one to see if they are faulty but had no success with this method either.

I may add that i had to send in my notebook for repair due to VGA chipset problem around a year ago.It didn't produced problems similar to this.

So i would like some troubleshooting regarding my problem.
I can disassembe/assemble the comp but i don't know what do i need to search for.
