I know its modem and Wireless LAN problems cause the laptop doesn't recognise them
    Any suggestions?

Second is that the Touch screen isn't responding to touching, do i need a 3rd party program for it? how do i define it?
cause i didn't find anything usefull on acer website

    Thanks,
    Mosh
