I did not make any backup DVD's or CD's when I first turned on the laptop. I do have the PQservice partition as I can see this in Partition Magic when I open it. The PQservice partition is showing as being "FAT" file system and my C: and D: are "FAT32" file system.

I pressed my "empowering technology" button and then pressed eRecovery and I get an error message like this:

    eRecovery Management is not available.

Does anybody know why this is? Could it have been deleted by accident?

    Regards,
    Daniel
