    Problem updating the driver for geforce 8600m Gt 512 on a 5920g

    I have browsed the forum a while, but don't seem to find the answer to my question. It might be here, so if I have missed it, I apologize :)

    But can't seem to update my driver to my graphics card. When I try downloading it from nvidia I get the message when I install that the driver don't match my hardware setup or something like that. I have also gotten a message that I need to download the graphics drivers from acer. But I can't find any updates there.

    Is anyone familiar with this error? It's quite frustrating, because almost every game I play (at least of the new ones) crash after a short period. Can anyone help me with this?

    You need to check out www.laptopvideo2go.com and download drivers from there. Also, read the GPU Guide if you have the time.

    Thank you very much! Downloading driver and modded inf now. I've tried to download the driver from that website earlier today, but didnt take the time to read the forum posts about using the modded inf! :) The GPU guide also seems helpful! Thanks again!
