    Hello,
I recently restored my Acer 5630 laptop back to factory default. When I turn my laptop on now and log in, this box appears which attempts to install eRecovery solution but never finishes.

Does anyone here know why this is?

    Thanks.

Here is a screenshot of the box that appears.

No2 : You can try to run erecovery again , with Alt-F10 ..... But this time ,
do not have the system connected with the Internet , until everything finish normally.
