    Hi all.

    I bought my laptop bout 1 week ago and now starting to have problems with it.

    First of all the Acer PSD is freaking on me , all the time i get some error that the program hasnt been install correctly etc. Is it safe just to install all that acer crap from my laptop or ...?

    Second thing , since im away from home time to time i want to make a video conv. over msn with my mom and girlfriend and ohh wonder what , msn crashes as soon as i trie to turn my webcam on it automaticly crashes and every time like this , ive tried almost everything i know but still this crystal eye is freaking **** me off.

    Sorry bout my english , its a bit sloppy :(

    When I was running Vista that was installed, never used it.
    I uninstalled almost all of the Acer software, Vista was still
    slow, so I upgraded to XP.

    You might try updating your web cam software and make sure it's configured right.

    Yea i've tried all of that already (updating , config) even tried to unistall all the drivers/soft for it but then it just says my webcam dosent exsist :(
