In the middle of doing some work this morning the W key and Tab key stopped working. All other keys are working as normal. I pried up the W key and tapped on the actuator within but had no response. There is no gunk or anything that is visible awry. Any idea what could be causing this?

Note, I am using another computer to write this - hence the ability to use the "w".

    Thanks!

Clean the keyboard with a spray of cleaning solution.
