    Problems with Acer eRecovery Managment

    Hi all,
    My laptop Acer Aspire 5580 6177 has not been able to restore the system.
    I used the recovery system last week and it was succesfully done.
    Now, I have been trying to recover and restore the system again, and it doesn't work! All it does is reboot the computer when I put the password and I confirm the restoration. It used to work before, and I realy need to format the laptop. Does anyone know how to solve this problem ?

    Let me say again in other words, when I confrim the order to restaure the system, the computer turn off, and then instead of beginnin to restore the system, it only restart the windows, as if I had only restarted the system.

    Help me please if someone knows what is going on
