    Problems with completing the installation on Acer Aspire 5920. Please help!

    Hi,

    I have an Acer Aspire 5920 and on Monday I had a problem with my laptop so I had to reset it to manfacturer settings, I've never had a problem before doing this. But this week everything is like messed up, it restore most of it til it gets to this bit on the desktop installing 16 processes, for example I'm stuck at '5/16 Install Instant on Arcade' and it won't go any further than that. I think this has screwed up everything on my laptop, it won't use the internet very well and seem to go back to basic even after saving some things. Please help?

    Are you doing it using recovery disks, or straight from the recovery partition?
