First Question : When I type in an external keyboard to my laptop I Found that the Keyboard stop a second and the light of keyboard turn off then then after second the Keyboard worked again and the light turn on again thats happened rarely it may happen once a week for example .
Note: I Connect another laptop in the USB and the other laptop make thats action , but when i connect a mouse to the same USB i work good all time and that action don't take place
I Want to know if there are error i can fix or that action common on laptop because that is my first laptop

second Question : I want to Know if my Processor is 32 bit of 64 bit

no idea what causes your first issue, but I can tell you unequivocally that all core 2 CPUs support 64bit.

2nd question: You have a 64bit processor, but you are probably running a 32bit OS (so no 64bit stuff for you).
