Well,is it worth to upgrade my videocard driver to the latest ones? I mean, with the drivers available at acer-europe I get 4500 3dmarks (2001) and with the latest ones I get about 4900, but, on the other hand, CCC with acer dirver gets integrated with the system in a better way than the newest... so, what do you think?

400 points in 01 is not really anything, so the newest drivers don't really have a huge performance benefit.

Idk why you're having problem integrating CCC with the ATI drivers, I myself have the catalyst 7.9 and CCC works fine.

It would be handy to know what system and what OS we are dealing with, but usually the answer would be; yes. By the looks of your 3DMark score your videocard doesn't seem like a real powerhouse so don't expect any miracles from the drivers, if there is a gain in performance it is possible it won't be noticeable. What games do you play with it?
