Hello everyone. I like to ask you about Acer TM 3201XCi, and I hope many people give me some comment.

How fast is Pentium M 1.5ghz? Because I only used Pentium 4 processor, I don't know anything much about Pentium M processor. Is Pentium M 1.5ghz faster than Pentium 4 2.8ghz? Is there big different between Pentium M 1.5ghz and Pentium M 1.8ghz?

I need a laptop to play Final Fantasy XI, Everquest II, and other MMORPG.

So I can't decide between Acer TM 3201XCi and Toshiba tecra M2. One is low CPU and the other one is poor GPU. This is after I customized Toshiba Tecra M2. It costs $1620.00

    Toshiba Tecra M2
    CPU Pentium M 1.8ghz
    MEM 256mb (obviously I'll upgrade to 1gb)
    HD 40gb 5400rpm
    GPU Geforce FX 5200
    DVD/CR-RW

I need a laptop to play Final Fantasy XI, Everquest II, and other MMORPG.

    i don't know about those games, i've compared my 3201 to my dad's m2, 3201 kicks its ass :p

i dun think 100mhz matters much, but i dunno

Battlefield 1942 is slow on my comp if i put the resolution up, u prolly can play those games with lower details or something

I have played FlatOut and HalfLife 2 on my unit. FlatOut runs perfectly at 1024x768. HL2 runs fine in 800x600. It is playable att 1024x768 but I prefere smothnes over graphics.
