    What is the MSRP of the 5002 LMi?

    A store near my house is selling it for $899 US. The config is:

    Turion ML-30
    512 RAM (Max 2GB)
    80 GB HD (Probably 4200 because it doesn't say)
    8x DL Burner
    8 Cell Battery


    Also, how reliable is Acer (US)?

    I have heard some stories about their CS being horrible but since I know enough to trouble shoot myself, I only care about the RMA process in case of product failure.
