    Quick question about RMA

    Before I decide to buy a ACER I have some quick questions

    What I'm thinking is that we have to pay for the shipping fees if we have to do a RMA and get the laptop ACER HQ
    but do they pay for the shipping fees when having it delivered back? (I'm guessing they do)

    Also what are the estimate shipping fees if I was the pay for the shipping fees to acer hq for the rma? (From Canada, BC to [Wherever it is])

    Plus do you guys have any hints or suggestions for me on what I should do or make sure if I was ever to RMA thanks
