This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     RAM slots.

    Can anyone help ? :eek:

    I have an Acer Aspire 3053 laptop.

    I want to increase the RAM. Under the bottom cover there is one 512mb card already installed.

    I understand that there is a second slot somewhere hidden - WHERE ?

    If anyone out there has an acer laptop and added more RAM, could you please let me know where i will find the empty slot.

    :D I feel such a fool, i had another look underneath and found there is TWO slots, one on-top of the other.
