    What type of memory is it on the VG.86M06.004 ? Is it 64bit as pictures seem to show some chips missing :confused:

    Nevermind I think it is 128 bit with DDR II (possibly GDDR2?)

    The memory bus width isn't determined by how many chips are on the MXM card - that's built into the GPU core itself. The Radeon HD 3650 will ALWAYS have a 128-bit memory bus.
    According to the websites, VG.86M06.004 is the 512MB DDR2 part, and should have all the memory chip spots filled. It's possible that what you saw online was a generic picture of a different card.
    Try to get the 256MB GDDR3 version if you can (VG.86M06.002).
