I just got an Extensa 4420-5910.
    Formatted & installed WinXP SP3.
I cannot find the right driver for the Radeon Xpress1250 display.
I tried installing ATI Mobile Catalyst but get the message that it cannot find the right driver for my system.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

No, but thanks for the info. I have successfully updated my display with the info @ http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=316874

where it is explained as to how to FORCE the ATI driver into the machine.

You need (2) files to be accessed....1st you need to access the WIN_INF folder, but then you need to access the ati2mtag file which is in the B_72960 folder...so place that folder onto yoru desktop before you start the process.
Then, after you manually install even though it tells you that this driver may not work, you mnust restart before you can use it, otherwise you get messages sayiong that you don't have permission to install.

    On restart, all is well!

No, if someone can tell me about the error message I ma getting when I install the Modem & card-reader drivers....windows cannot verify that these will work with XP....should I just ignore them and install? Will this give me a problem?
I'm getting there! this machine is really fast once you get rid of everything that it came with and load XP.
