Hi dudes I'm facing a big trouble... sorry my english is no very good but I guess u can understand me...
well... I bought an second hand acer aspire 3000 series(model 3002LCI) it works fine.. I've formatted the HD cuz I wanted to use win xp pro and ubuntu linux(dual boot)
now I 'd like to recover system to id defaults I have the 3 recovery cd's .. but when I insert disk 1 and reboot nothing happens, I already have changed the options on setup to boot from CD/DVD first, if I insert any other disk(example linux live cd) it works fine.. the cd is new it have never been used before, and when I insert it running windows I can see it contents but I think its not bootable, I tryed to disable the D2D recovery and still did not workd, any suggestion? I wrote email to acer and get no answers.. I want to use it original software because the win xp I have is not legal and the one dat comes with the acer is home edition but at least I can validate and use it...
PS : tried the ALT + F10 doesnt work too.. btw I have no hidden partition...
