    Hi

I was told as I have upgraded to Vista that I have now lost access to my recovery partition and it will no longer work. So if this is true can I just delete it or delete the data on it and use it as a Revovery Partition for True Image's Secure Zone service?

Yes. If you upgraded to Vista, then the recovery partition is now useless since it contains an XP restore on it.
