    Hi

When I want to recover my Laptop Aspire 5562WXMI by using Erecovery Managment i'm using 2 ways and both of them is not working:

1- by using "Restore factory default system" then the laptop is rebooting and nothing happened then.

2- by making A fresh Backup from the hidden partition but when i do that it says "image size error" and i can't burn anything.

how can i restore everything like when i baught it?

To restore back to the way you bought is the "Restore factory default" option in E-Recovery. I have used it a couple times so far and it does it's job.

It may need to restart first, then it should go into it's restoring process.

Can't you burn a recovery DVD using that program? If so, you can do that and use the DVD to restore your system. Or you can hit Alt + F10 while it restarts (provided that you still have your recovery partition

P.S: This post is based on the sole assumption that the recovery process of your notebook (5562WXMi) and the 5672WLMi is the same (or at least pretty similar)

This is weird  You can e-mail Acer support. They have given me good feedback when I have asked them questions.
