    Hi
First time on this site which seems to be full of info.
My Grandson's Acer Aspire 5315 won't load at all, it starts then won't go any further and it sounds as if it's clicking, the unfortunate thing is that he didn't make any recovery disks and now we don't know what to do with it to get it started, nothing seems to happen it just seems to get stuck.
    Any ideas please?
    Thanks
