    Hi,

I am selling my laptop (Acer Aspire 3002wlmi) to a friend's mother and want to give her a clean install... However, I bought this laptop from somebody else myself and no recovery cds/dvds came with it. I sent this guy an email yesterday and he swears he himself never got any cds or dvds when he bought it.

So I downloaded the laptop's manual and read about eRecovery - this tool was not on the laptop anymore, so I downloaded eManager. Unfortunately, this does not display the function eRecovery anymore.

Then I wondered if I even had the hidden partition... Partition Magic does show me that I have got an extra partition, it is approximately 2 GB and hidden. In Bios, D2Drecovery is enabled, but when entering Alt + F10 while starting up, nothing happens.

So here I am now, all out of ideas, hoping that somebody has an idea of what I should do now!
    Please help me,
    Thank you very much!!

    Alola
