Hi, Ive read that you can reformat your computer using Alt+f10 Repeatadly when starting up, i tryed doing this but it would not work, is there any other way i should be doing it?
Also, does reformatting effect my other drives?

either send the laptop back to acer for a fee and have them reimage the laptop or request the disks from them via mail.

    Is your Windows still working?
I mean can you boot to your functioning desktop?
If you still can boot-up to the desktop. It is much more easier.
    Click Acer eRecovery Management.
Select Restore Tab. Then, Click Restore to Default Factory.
Follow the instruction and your laptop will be recovered.

*Backup your documents or important stuffs before reformat.
