    I found a dirt cheap refurbished Acer Aspire One 751H-1948 its stats are listed below. I just need it for internet use and email and microsoft office. will it work for that? Will it be really slow? Thanks.

    that computer should be good enough for that purpose (word processing, surfing the web, e-mail).

    The Atom processor is the slowest x86 CPU you can buy at the moment, that is true.
