    because i couldnt found the button to remove it

    Generally there are screws on the bottom to release the keyboard or a plastic piece above it, which lets you slide the keyboard out. This should be documented in the manual.

    There are detailed instructions on acer's support website of how to remove keyboard and get access to the second memory slot.
    Try to look at acer's knowledgebase.
