    Hi there. I sent off my laptop to Acer (UK) 2 weeks ago now.

    How long am I expected to wait for it to be repaired and returned to me? :confused:

    Two weeks is a LONG time. Expect to get your notebook soon.

    If you are concerned, don't hesitate to call Acer and ask them about the status of you notebook.
