Do you know how I can replace my keyboard with a new one on the model specified?

I went ot the Acer website but my model is not listed on the drop down menu

    Thanks

They do seem very slow at putting up parts for 'new'models. You could try calling your closest service centre or alternatively invest $10 in the manual to get a part number which may turn out to be common to another model that is on the list.

Always remember with keyboards there is pretty much one for each country so a small change in part number can make it quite useless to you :)
