    Can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement battery that lasts longer for my Aspire 1681?[ :(]

    You should be able to get the battery from the same shop you bought the notebook from. Just get a battery for an Acer Travelmate 4000/4500 series notebook. The battery is interchangable and has 8 cells rather than the small 4 cell that comes standard with the 1680 series.
