This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Acer Support is taking a long time to answer my questions and already misunderstood what I need. Does someone here know how to disassemble the current keyboard so I can replace it with the new one?

    shouldnt be too difficult. have a search on google for a service manual which will show you how to do it don't ask on the forum for one apparently it is against forum rules to do so.
