Hi guys, I was hoping you could help me.

Recently, two key's on my Acer 5920G keyboard broke, and are now completely unresponsive. I decided to buy myself a new keyboard, and it shortly arrived. However, I don't know how to replace the actual keyboard. I tried unscrewing the screws hold the the top on, but unfortunately it seems that despite unscrewing the visible screws, I still cannot not open the laptop to replace the keyboard without forcing it. What do I have to do?

Also, the new keyboard I bought is an American one, whereas the original one is UK and it seems that despite looking identical, the key presses are a slightly different model. Would the new keyboard still work regardless?

    Thank you!
