    Hello!

I've been trying to find a sort of adapter that I could use to replace a broken DVD on a 7740g with a HDD. MY aim is to replace the HDD with SSD but keep the HDD for storage and swap so I would like to know if there are any adapters specifically for 7740g or some universal ones.

    Thanks!

It's a universal design of SATA to SATA caddy.
    Random example found on ebay.
