    Howdy,

Can anyone point me to the reset button on a 6935, cannot find it for the life of me. Had a few hangs of late, and no way to reset the laptop, the power button does nothing.

    Thx...Ian

I don't think there is a reset button... most laptops do not have one. What problems exactly have you been experiencing?

very rare for lappy to have reset button. to turn off, hold down power button for about 5-8 secs. otherwise, remove mains plug, then take out battery.

I haven't had a new laptop for a few years, and all prior have had the pin-hole reset buttons one could use.

I have had a few instances where programs hang, can't kill them via task manager, they hang up Vista, and the only way to get back and running is to try to re-boot.

Bit of a pain to have to pull the battery to reset the laptop, but if that is the only way...

    Thx...Ian

If you mean hold the power button for 5 - 8 seconds, tried that, no luck, it was hung solid!
