When I got my 1810T it had a sticker on the bezel on the left side of the screen.
I took that off and there's a rectangle area of what looks like adhesive residue. I tried wiping it off with a microfiber cloth, but that didn't work. Is there something I can use to remove the residue that won't harm the plastic bezel?

Use lighter fluid.

I have some butane. Is that the same thing?

I would try if rubbing with the naked finger removes the residue.

Lighter fluid is liquid at room temps and fuels lighters like zippos. The butane only stays liquid under pressure and turns into a gas when the pressure is released at room temps. That's why it makes a bad solvent. Try goop?
Residue on bezel around screen from sticker.
