    Hello all I was wondering can anyone help me with an issue that I have?
    I have an Acer 7730z and I need to restore back to original specs but when I get into the restore program it ask for my admin password but it tells me it has been disabled is there any way around this can anyone help?????

    This is where you need the laptop in front of you to try things however all I can suggest is this,

    1. Can you enter the BIOS and set it to boot from the CD drive first and then use your recovery discs that you burned (you did make some didn't you?)

    2. Can you enter erecovery by pressing ALT and F10 at start up ?
