    SATA Hard Drive Driver For XP?

    Acer Aspire 5100-3949 (with Vista) has in setup for the hard drive: SATA: ST980811AS - (S1). I have to install XP to run my software, and XP requires a driver for SATA hard drives. Can anybody help me with what Chipset this notebook has and what driver is required?

    Looking at Device Manager: Disk drive is ST980811AS ATA Device. Doesn't this appear to not be a SATA hard drive?
