    Scratching Noise?

    Has anybody noticed any scratching noises coming from the front of your notebook? i have a aspire 1681 and noticed some faint scratching noises from the front of my notebook.. if i put my ear right against it.. i can hear it going on and off sometimes. at times can hear it while im just using it.. its annoying at times.. anybody have this problem or know whats spinning near the front right hand side?

    Its the hard disk that make scratching noises ..some one have already found a solution to this problem and posted it here ... BTW the hard disk on most acer 4k / 1680 is Hitachi
