Hi, I own a 5920g laptop and i was going through the realtek sound setting and found out that i can't hear seperate sound from my subwoofer.

In windows sound options i have set the sound mode to 5.1 and still no sound comes from my subwoofer when i use the "bass management" settings in the realtek utility. (you can have a speaker "test" mode there)

The question is, should i hear sound? or is it a subwoofer that is linked to whatever output the normal speakers have? (if you know what i mean)

    Thanks for reading.
