In internet there is no useful topic for upgrading Socket M cpus.

I have just recently bought T7200(4MB,667Mhz) for replacing it with Celeron M 520(1MB,533MHz)

I have Acer Dallen motherboard and Phoenix 1.07 Bios.

Even the SiSoft Sandra tells me that i have max 800Mhz FSB (For T7500) but i didn't want to risk it so i just bought and replaced it.

Everything works great and i really suggest you to replace yours if it's compatible you can look if it is or not with HWINFO32 program.Just check mainboards maximum FSB speed.

Also if your rams are 667Mhz but not your CPU it really slows down your computer.

    Good luck.Hope That will help.
