With tv-out problem I can't select or activate tv-out because any option is available

With bluetooth I only can see Bluetooth device not found

Usually when you want to output onto TV, you need to hit the Fn key + one of the function keys. This should push it to TV. You gotta check the manual to find out which function key to hit.

Regarding Bluetooth, I don't think this unit comes with Bluetooth. If it's supposed to, try installing the drivers and the try to connect to a Bluetoth device (mouse, keyboard, cellphone). If the same message appears, check to verify that you actually have the hardware. If there's no hardware and you're supposed to have it, then contact Acer and show them where it states that Bluetooth is included (if it's on their site). They should make good on their advertising. If this wasn't listed on their site, then it was a mis-print on the retailers site.
