Hi , quite new here . Found this forum on google while i was searching for my problems ... hope to stick here .

I have got some problems with my notebook .
    1) I changed the picture quality to 3D (from quality to performance) after that i am not able to open my nvidia control panal .
I also updated my drivers .. didnt work

    2) I am not able to play any games (big once like NFS pro) . It works very slow

    3) If i put a memory card in my card reader i get a blue screen .

    4) If i on my blue tooth it asks for installing drivers (every thing i have to search and intall it again and again) .

Hope some one helps me .

    THanks

Hi, as the problems seem greater than just changing the settings within the nv control panel have you tried system restore to a point just before you changed your settings?

If you have a backup (which you should ALWAYS have), time to use it.
If you have the Acer Recovery DVDs (which you also should ALWAYS have), time to use those.

Hi, you can make your own backups from 'e-recovery', that's what Acer intent you to do. There should be a reminder that pops up, if not just press the 'e' button, top right hand side of the laptop, then click on 'e-recovery' and backup now then choose backup factory defaults to cd/dvd...

'Create user back up' will back up ur all files in drive c:..if u ask 'why only data in drive c? how about drive d or e?' it's because only file in drive c that'll be erased in system restore. Data in drive d or e will remain the same..so i suggest if u don't have any useful app installed, just skip the back up step and go directly to system restore, much more convenient that way..if u decide to repair it to acer service, they are likely to do the same thing.

You want to burn the factory default to DVD, as that is what you need - it'll wipe your C: drive and return it back to the way it was when it left the factory (other drives will remain untouched)
