When i go in standby, i have a problem.

When i wake it up, the screen does not switch on but i hear the fans and stuff running.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I know sometimes on my Acer when it is on standby and I wake it up I usually press the spacebar. Most times the display will wake up but I do have it not come on at times. Usually when that happens I move my finger on the touchpad and that usually does the trick.

Next time your rig doesn't wake up after you get it out of standby try the above, hope it works for ya!!!!

sorry i need more technical help than that.

I pressed every key and mouse movement possible and it does wake up like I stated earlier, but the screen fails to switch on
