Where is StartF.cmd on this CD?

I downloaded the FormatCD.iso file from Acer, burned it and ran it. When its done booting, it goes into a DOS screen and puts out the messages:
"Execute 'StartF.CMD' to create your HDD", and
    "Execute 'StopF.cmd' to exit.
But these files don't appear to be there.

The PATH is "X:\Windows\System32; X:\Windows". I checked in a number of other folders without any luck.
Does anyone know how to use this?

I have no OS on the laptop.
