I have an ACER Aspire One Notebook PC with an ACER Crystal Eye Webcam 1.3M HD Web Cam(Conexant High Definition Audio. .AVI format Version 1.5.2904.00
I make call s thru Skype and have had generally good connections on both ends. Lately, test calls on Skype as well as calls to friends who also have Skype result in my hearing them, but they can't hear me. The test calls show my mic isn't producing any volume. Checking the audio on the Webcam shows everything is operating correctly(Device Manager in my Control Panel), but still my microphone isn't picking up my voice.
    How to correct it?

Sounds like a Skype-problem since the microphone seem to work when you test it in Windows? (Device Manager). Check that Skype is adjusted correctly in the options.
