    Hey there,

got a slight problem with my 3810 TG...
Everytime I use the keyboard there is a slight delay when changing to use of the touchpad, in fact I have to wait a second or something like that for moving the cursor after the last tap on the keyboard...is there a solution for this, am i the only one who has got this delay? Everytime the finger is out of the pad, when cursor starts moving, it's a little annoying to me...

The idea behind the touchpad acting like that is to prevent false mouse movement or clicks happening when you are typing. Tho it's a pity the synaptic drivers don't have an option to turn thiss off, or at least i don't know of any.

    ok thanks...
If the drivers have no solution for this, I wont update, coz a fresh install of windows and drivers allows the use of the flick-thing in google browsers (chromium, iron, chrome)....after an update of the synaptics driver I lost the function and had to recover my TG (was not the only reason for recovering, but I found that after recovering my Iron was able to flick again, and this is a very useful browsing-thing)...

The flick function can be configure in Synaptic Settings.

Synaptics is configurable please don't be lazy...

the flick function won't work anymore if you update synaptics - at least it wont flick in chrome-browsers forward/backward (in ff it does flick after updating)....and unfortunately chrome browsers, especially sr ware iron (chrome build without the google spyware thing, lacking some features), are best on a machine with limited power as it is an su7300 on battery and 0.50 Ghz per Core...2500 vs 1500 peacekeeper points is something you'll notice while normally browsing...try it if you want to, should be best way to browse for an acer timeline 8+ on battery...
