    I don't think so, you have a socket M processor and T3200 is a socket P processor.

    No, the best you can do is a t7600. The cpu options t2400,t2500,t2600,t2700 (667fsb 2m cache) or the 4m cache series (t7200,t7400,t7600). The t2700/t7600 share the same 2.33mhz speed, although the t7600 is the price of a new laptop. The key is looking for the 667fsb as you board was desgined with the fsb of 533/667.
