    TM3002WTCi questions

    I can't seem to find these particular specs anywhere so I'd thought I'd post it here.

    I'm looking into getting the TM3002WTCi but I would like to know what form factor the hard drive is, 1.8 or 2.5? Also does anyone know what version the bluetooth is? 1.1 or 1.2?






    And way off topic but I'm going to throw it out there.

    I've decided on the acer because it's the only laptop that I have found that has:

    12.1" screen
    ddr 2 support
    integrated bluetooth
    external optical drive
    pcmcia slot
    and is close to 3lbs (I know using the six cell bumps it up to 4lbs).

    But if anyone know of any other laptop that meets all those requirements but is lighter (like the toshiba r200) please let me know.

    the hard drive is 2,5". Unfortunately, the hard drives installed by Acer in this series are 4200rpm only but they are easy to replace.

    Thanks. I was hoping it would be 2.5, 4200rpm is just too slow.

    Anyone know about the bluetooth?

    Well I went ahead and ordered it. This is my first laptop so I hope I did good.

    I still never found out whether or not it supports bluetooth 1.2.
