    Hey all,

I was just wondering if anyone had any other recommendations for good temperature monitoring software (with logging!) other than mobile meter. Unless I didn't notice it, I can't find a logging option on that one.

I ask because civ4 crashes on me but it takes a while to fix the screen settings and by then the temperature graph has gone back down to a normal setting.. I can see the graph but can't tell exactly what temperature it was at when it died.

I tried speedfan but the temperature (ACPI) would never change from 49C, weird. Even with prime95 cranking away! I'm guessing either it or mobilemeter is screwy, and since mobilemeter seems to vary on the activity I'd be more inclined to believe it.

Anyway I guess the ATI chipset in the notebook is a little under-supported for such applications, but I would be curious to hear if anyone else has a recommended monitoring software..

    Thanks!
