The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    If you have a problem with the way a thread was handled/a moderator's action, please feel free to take it up privately with them or PM Chaz.

    Also as mentioned in the other threads...Instead of making threads to stroke your ego, why not focus your energy on the solving the problems that people are posting about or making produtive and helpful thread? Or, if you no longer want to be a member of this forum, continue berating newbies and spreading your cynicism.
