is it a standard bluetooth mouse?
IE, could I pair it up with any BT dongle and give it to someone else (for instance my SO to use with his antedeluvian desktop)?
Or is it just a deadweight and best used as a christmas-tree ornament?
(I don't use external mice, ever.)

you can see it under the devide if it is a bluetooth mouse from the bluetooth logo and the bluetooth address. if it is a bluetooth, you can pair it with any bluetooth capable laptop or by using a bluetooth dongle

I tried a Ferrari 4000 Bluetooth Mouse with a Belkin USB Bluetooth Device. It worked. But i did not liked the mouse - it was not very ergonomic. It was not very precise if it was in the battery mode.

works with all bluetooth devices... actually that is pretty well the only thin that works on my computer...

Thanks guys.
I've heard so many nasty things about that mouse that I was just curious.
Though it is probably a moot point - after thinking about it some more, and consulting the family expert, I will probably not be getting that ferrari anyway... :-(.
That ferrari mouse...
